Jeff is a villager who is a Florida Licensed Home Inspector. We just had him inspect our home prior to our one year anniversary and he found issues that we did not even notice. He gives you a comprehensive 15/20 page written inspection report with colored photos of the issues. He sends the report directly to the Home Warranty Department and you just wait to receive their call. He specializes in “Initial Punchlist Inspections” and “First Year Warranty Inspection” for new home sales. He has no affiliation to the Villages Warranty Department.
