REDSAUCE & GLENVIEW NEW WEEKEND BRUNCH

Have you heard?  Redsauce and Glenview CC have a NEW Weekend Brunch!  And it is AHH-MAZING!  If you been looking for a great weekend brunch buffet, then look no further.  Redsauce introduced their new buffet last weekend, and Glenview Champions Country Club began the previous weekend.

My Redsauce Weekend Brunch Experience

The minute I walked in the door last Sunday I could smell the deliciousness. My only regret was that I didn’t get there earlier, but that’s what happens when it’s a late night on Saturday. As soon as I sat down, I was greeted by Marc and given my first Mimosa.  Making my way over to the buffet I couldn’t wait to see what they had on display. And quite honestly, I was a little skeptical of the pastries due to a previous experience at another establishment’s buffet but was pleasantly surprised by how fresh everything tasted. The bagels and whipped cream cheese were also plentiful.  Next, were the salads…cucumber & feta, tomato & mozzarella, roasted red pepper, and the meats, cheeses and olives.  I then passed through the chafing dishes filled with Biscuits & Gravy, Country Potatoes, Scrambled Cheesy Eggs, Bacon & Sausage, and Pancakes/Waffles/(and I think) French Toast (sticks? – I didn’t need the carbs, so I passed on those and not quite sure what all was in there.)

Brunch Stations

Perfectly placed underneath the Redsauce sign were the Carving and Omelette Stations.  I had already filled my plate with the scrambled eggs and crispy bacon, so I passed on these this time.  Trust me, when I go back again, I will make sure to head here first.  Omelettes are made fresh to your order and the carving station has prime meats with aus ju, salsa and horsey sauce.

Don’t Forget Dessert

Save room for dessert.  Just across from the stations was the dessert display.  YUM!  If you know me, you know I’m a sucker for dessert…I love to live the sweet life!  Like I said earlier, my regret for getting there later was because the desserts were almost out.  Cannoli and cake?  Yes, please!

Bottomless Mimosas

Did I mention the Mimosas yet?  Not only did I enjoy one, but I enjoyed a second.  Someone had to help finish off the tap. Bottomless Mimosas are included in the price…that alone is worth every penny!

What’s The Price?  When Can You Go?

Can you believe you get all of this for only $18.99 per person?!  The food was fresh, delicious, and plentiful. I made two trips through the buffet line and like I said, Marc filled my glass twice. I’m looking forward to going again this weekend!  Both Redsauce and Glenview Champions Country Club will be offering their Weekend Brunch Buffet every Saturday and Sunday from 9am – 2pm.  Reservations and walk-ins are welcome. (please note the price has been edited 8/7/22)
