Piesanos Stone Fired Pizza Opens in Middleton on Monday, October 12!

Pizza lovers, get ready! 🍕 Middleton is welcoming another dining destination!

Piesanos Stone Fired Pizza is preparing to open its newest location in Middleton on Monday, October 12, bringing its popular stone-fired pizzas and Italian favorites to the growing community. This will be Piesanos’ third location serving The Villages area, joining its restaurants at Lake Deaton and Southern Trace.

Friends & Family Sneak Peek

I had an opportunity to visit the new restaurant ahead of its opening during their Friends & Family Training Event, and I’m excited to share a little sneak peek with the Villager Eats family! We sampled a few menu favorites, including the meatball appetizer, Piesanos’ signature rolls served with Italian dressing, a sausage, onion, and green pepper pizza, and chicken parmesan.

The stars of the show? Definitely the meatballs and those amazing rolls! Both were absolutely delicious and easily my favorites of the visit. Of course, with a brand-new restaurant preparing to open, I’m looking forward to seeing how everything comes together once they’re up and running! That’s what the training event is for, right?
Dessert was also available for carry-out only and I loved that 50% of all dessert & alcohol sales benefit Villagers For Veterans. We were way too stuffed for dessert, but the Salted Caramel Cheesecake and Tiramisu sounded delicious.

What’s on the menu?

Piesanos offers much more than pizza! Diners can look forward to specialty stone-fired pizzas, calzones, pasta dishes, salads, subs, and other Italian-inspired favorites. Whether you’re planning a casual lunch, dinner with friends, or pizza night with the family, Middleton’s newest addition gives local diners another option to explore. I really liked the indoor/outdoor bar area. And they have a designated take-out space if you’re on the go.

Happy Hour is currently available daily 11am-5pm with $2.00 off domestic & import pints & house wines, and $1.00 off craft beer pints, premium wines & house spirits. I was told this may change, but they are currently honoring this for now.
